I don't think I have skipped a day since I received the mat. It's soothing and helps to decrease my pain. I also have the sauna. I'm using that in conjunction with the mat for inflammation and detox. We've had our PEMF mat for a few years now. We love it for everyday wellness, many PEMF settings to choose from, the heat function is so nice especially in the winter time, the red light therapy is another added bonus. Quality product, we love using it and so does our dog.
